Content Moderation and Safety Declaration

Daisy Bellee carries content created by its members — listings, catalogues, profiles, inquiries and reviews. This page states how that content is kept safe, as both app stores require of platforms with user-generated content.
Who may post
- Registered businesses and working professionals aged 18 or older, signed in with a verified Indian mobile number.
- Every account is tied to a phone number, and GSTIN-verified accounts carry a visible badge.
What is not allowed
- Counterfeit or infringing goods, stolen property, prohibited or regulated items.
- Misleading listings, fake reviews, impersonation, spam and off-platform payment fraud.
- Obscene, hateful, harassing or unlawful content of any kind.

Tools available to every member
- Report — on every listing, profile and inquiry, with a reason and free-text details.
- Block — stops another member from contacting you and hides them from you.
- Delete — remove your own content or your whole account at any time.
How we act
- Reports reach our moderation queue immediately; the team reviews them and can refuse to publish, remove content, limit or suspend an account, and report unlawful activity to the authorities.
- Grievances are acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 15 days, as the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 require.
- Moderation decisions and the reports behind them are retained as the Privacy Policy describes, then deleted.
