Last updated: 18 September 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how PARINUUT FASSHION (I) PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN U47820DL2023PTC411350, registered office House No 1468, Third Floor, Left Side, Gali No 13, Govindpuri Kalkaji, New Delhi 110019, India) — "Daisy Bellee", "we", "us" — collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the Daisy Bellee Platform on the web and in our Android and iOS apps. We are the data fiduciary for this information under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"), and we follow that Act, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules under them.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide:

  • Account and identity: mobile number (used for OTP sign-in), display name, username, and business role (buyer, seller, or both).
  • Business information: company/firm name, GSTIN, city/state, category and product interests, and other profile details you choose to add.
  • Listings and catalogues: product titles, descriptions, prices, quantities, and images you upload.
  • Trade activity: enquiries, quotes and replies you exchange with other users, connection requests, and the reviews you write.
  • Support correspondence: anything you send to our support or grievance addresses.

Information collected automatically:

  • Sign-in security data: Google Firebase Authentication assigns your account a technical identifier and records the device and IP address used to request an OTP, to stop automated abuse. The apps use this only to sign you in.
  • Usage data (website only): if you accept analytics cookies on daisybellee.com, Google Analytics records pages viewed, coarse location and an anonymous device identifier. The mobile apps contain no analytics or advertising SDK.
  • Reliability data: app version, operating-system version and error logs, used to fix crashes. These contain no phone numbers or message content.
  • Activity on the Platform: when a signed-in member opens your listing or profile, we count one view per member per day so that sellers can see how their listings perform. Views are attributed to the listing, not published with the viewer's identity.

Permissions (mobile): with your consent, we access your camera to capture product photos and your photo library to upload existing images. These are used only to add media to your listings; you can decline and use the app without them.

2. How and why we use information

  • Creating and operating your account, signing you in, verifying your business — performance of the service you asked for (your consent when you register).
  • Discovery, listings, catalogues, enquiries, connections and reviews between members — performance of the service.
  • Providing, billing and supporting paid subscriptions bought on the website — performance of the service; tax and accounting law.
  • Keeping the Platform safe: fraud prevention, moderation, abuse and spam detection — legitimate use for security and legal compliance.
  • Service and transactional notifications (an enquiry received, a reply, a plan change) — performance of the service.
  • Product updates and offers by email or in-app — consent; you can opt out at any time.
  • Website analytics — consent; the cookie banner, off until you accept.
  • Responding to legal requests and enforcing our Terms — legal obligation.

3. What we do NOT do

We do not sell your personal data. We do not rent or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing.

4. How information is shared

  • With other users: your business profile, listings, catalogues, and the content of enquiries/messages are shared with the counterparties you choose to interact with. This is the core purpose of a connect platform.
  • With service providers (data processors): we use the following companies to run the Platform. Each processes data only on our instructions and under contractual safeguards.

- Google Firebase (Google LLC) — phone-OTP sign-in, image storage and real-time notifications. Google Cloud regions including asia-southeast1 (Singapore) and the United States. - MongoDB Atlas (MongoDB, Inc.) — the application database: profiles, listings, enquiries, reviews. Hosted in the cloud region configured for our cluster. - Vercel (Vercel Inc.) — hosting of the website and API. United States and global edge locations. - Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.) — DNS, CDN and security in front of daisybellee.com. Global edge locations. - PayU (PayU Payments Private Limited) — subscription payments on the website only. India. - Google Analytics (Google LLC) — website usage analytics, only after you accept analytics cookies. United States.

Some of these providers store data outside India. We transfer data only to countries not restricted by the Central Government under the DPDP Act, and we keep contractual protections in place for every transfer.

  • For legal reasons: where required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Platform.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or reorganisation, subject to this Policy.

We do not pass your card, UPI, or bank details through our own servers; payment credentials are handled directly by PayU.

5. Payment data

Subscription payments are processed by PayU on our web checkout. We receive confirmation of payment and plan status but do not store full payment-instrument details. PayU's handling of your payment data is governed by its own privacy terms.

6. Data retention

  • Account, profile, listings, catalogues, enquiries, connections, reviews — while your account is active, then deleted within 30 days of an account deletion.
  • Encrypted backups — rotated out within 35 days of the deletion above.
  • Subscription invoices and payment confirmations — up to 8 years after the transaction, as Indian tax and company law require.
  • Security and fraud-prevention logs (IP address, sign-in attempts) — up to 12 months.
  • Reports you file about other members, and moderation decisions — up to 3 years, to handle repeat abuse and legal requests.
  • Aggregated or anonymised statistics — indefinitely; they no longer identify you.

Retained data is minimised, access-restricted, and deleted once the legal or legitimate basis for keeping it ends. See the Account Deletion Policy for how deletion works.

7. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act and other applicable law, you may:

  • Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is used;
  • Correct or update it — most of it directly from your profile;
  • Erase it by deleting your account (in-app, or at daisybellee.com/delete-account);
  • Withdraw consent for optional processing — device permissions, marketing messages and analytics cookies — as easily as you gave it;
  • Nominate a person to exercise these rights on your behalf if you are unable to;
  • Raise a grievance with our Grievance Officer and, if you are not satisfied, with the Data Protection Board of India.

To exercise these rights, use the in-app controls or write to info@daisybellee.com from your registered mobile number or email. We respond within 15 days.

8. Security

We use technical and organisational measures — encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

The Platform is for business users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly create accounts for, or collect data from, anyone under 18; if we learn we have, we delete it.

10. App Store and Google Play

The Android app is distributed through Google Play and the iOS app through the Apple App Store. Apple and Google are distribution channels only — they are not processors of your Daisy Bellee data, and the apps contain no in-app purchase. You can delete your account from inside either app at Profile → Account & Safety → Delete my account, and the deletion covers your data on our servers, not just the app on your phone.

11. Grievance Officer

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the rules under it, and the DPDP Act, our Grievance Officer is:

Deepak Sharma, Grievance Officer PARINUUT FASSHION (I) PRIVATE LIMITED, House No 1468, Third Floor, Left Side, Gali No 13, Govindpuri Kalkaji, New Delhi 110019, India Email: grievance@daisybellee.com

We acknowledge grievances within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days.

12. Changes and contact

We may update this Policy and will notify you of material changes in the apps and on the website. For any privacy question write to info@daisybellee.com.
