Data Safety Declaration (Google Play)

Last updated 18 September 2026 · Operated by PARINUUT FASSHION (I) PRIVATE LIMITED

This page states, in plain language, what the Daisy Bellee Android app collects and why. It is the public version of the Data Safety form we submit to Google Play, and it is kept in step with the app's code — not with its marketing.

The short version

  • You cannot use the app without an account, and an account needs a verified Indian mobile number. Everything else about your profile is optional.
  • Nothing is sold. There is no advertising SDK, no data broker and no analytics service in the app.
  • Nothing is shared with a third party for that party's own purposes. Content you publish (your listings, profile, reviews) is visible to other members inside the Platform — that is the product, not sharing.
  • Everything travels encrypted (HTTPS / TLS) between the app and our servers.
  • You can delete your account inside the app (Profile → Account & Safety → Delete my account) or at daisybellee.com/delete-account.

What we collect

  • Phone number — required. It is your login, verified by a one-time code. Used for account management and app functionality.
  • Name and business name — a display name is required (you can change it); the business name is optional. Shown to the members you trade with.
  • User identifiers — an account ID we generate. Required to run your account.
  • City / state — optional, typed by you so buyers can filter suppliers by location. The app never reads your device location.
  • GSTIN — optional; verifies a business identity and earns the verified badge.
  • Profile details — optional bio, business roles and categories, used to personalise discovery.
  • Photos — optional; only the images you pick from the gallery or take with the camera for listings and your profile. No videos, no audio.
  • Inquiries and replies — the trade enquiries you send and receive (message, quantity, target price). These are business terms between two companies, not your personal financial data.
  • Other content you create — listings, catalogues, reviews, connection requests and any abuse reports you file.
  • App interactions — one listing or profile view per member per day (this powers Business Insights), your last sign-in time and your monthly inquiry usage.

What we do not collect

  • Email address (there is no email field in the app).
  • Precise or approximate device location.
  • Contacts, calendar, SMS or call logs, microphone or audio, health data, browsing history, installed apps or files beyond the photos you choose.
  • Advertising ID, hardware identifiers or any cross-app tracking identifier.
  • Payment details — the app has no checkout, no payment SDK and no in-app purchases. Plans are bought on our website; the app only reads which plan is active.
  • Crash reports — not collected in the current version. If a future version switches on crash reporting, this page and the store declaration will be updated before that version is released.

Who processes the data

  • Google Firebase — phone-number sign-in, image storage and real-time updates, acting as our processor.
  • Our own servers, hosted with Vercel and MongoDB Atlas, which see the same data the app sends.
  • PayU receives your name, phone number, plan and amount only when you buy a plan on the website — never from the app.

Full detail, including retention periods, is in the Privacy Policy at daisybellee.com/docs/privacy.

Deleting your data

  • In the app: Profile → Account & Safety → Delete my account → type DELETE.
  • On the web: daisybellee.com/delete-account.
  • Deletion removes your phone number, sign-in identity, profile, listings, catalogues, uploaded images and blocks, and signs out every device. Completed trade records and subscription invoices are kept in anonymised form for the periods Indian tax and company law require, as the Privacy Policy explains.
